Manipur Richest Poll Contestants Are Tainted In Crime?


Manipur poll is near and time is at the adversity for 54 criminal detected crorepati candidates who were not aware about Manipur Election Watch and Association for Democratic Reforms's (ADR) scan on their dark profile when they are racing so close to  the battlefield of 2017 state election.

Candidates charged with criminal cases are derived from parties like Indian National Congress, Manipur National Democratic Front, Bharatiya Janta Dal (BJP) and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). Criminal charges upon the rich Manipur contestants are like cheating, illegal possession or property and murder as mentioned in their affidavit.  

India’s Northeast Region Cannot Advance In Technology Without Fair Governance


NER (India’s Northeast Region) in its latest claim has demanded fair governance from the governing body as returnee scientists future lay bleak due to limited infrastructure equipped with latest lab equipment and inappropriate fund management in eight states.

Arunachal Pradesh Aims To Become More Government Friendly State

In this process it will help the departments to take prompt initiative to solve matter by monitoring grievances through CPGRAMS system.

MUDA Building Bye Laws To Encompass Entire Meghalaya On High Court’s Fresh Order


Previously only to urban areas and census towns the MUDA laws was applied by the State government as the rural areas were ensured with separate set of building bye laws but now under new High Court order to all it will be applied except only to non-municipal areas.


KHADC petition against MUDA issues is terminated presently where other matters are allowed to be probed but only in an appropriate forum for proper proceedings according to the Court.



MUDA laws will persist in all the areas of Meghalaya on the contradictory of Shillong Cantonment Board’s raise of issue. Under Prime Minister’s initiative the ‘Mission Indradhanus’ which has been launched to counteract the growing issue of fatal rotavirus disease in major parts of India like Tamilnadu, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Assam including highly affected Tripura with annual figure of 8-10 lakh alone, four vaccines included in this centre based health programme according to Union Health Minister J P Nadda.


Severity of rotavirus disease scenario in Tripura is that about 1 lakh dies annually due to its infection where for effective diagnosis of the disease four vaccines are provided under centre’s ‘Mission Indradhanus’ apart from immunization programme to restore the health of the affected children and encephalitis infected.

Manipur Governor Dr. Najma Heptulla recently launched Institute of Bio-resources and Sustainable Development (IBSD) to expose the potentialities of North-East students and its unique diverse culture at New Delhi at Kalindi Centre for entrepreneurship.


This national institute IBSD under government based Department of Bio-Technology and Women College Kalindi of Delhi University initiated this joint measure of extension in central part of India to boost especially NE women to fetch exposure at national mainstream and seek opportunities.



The necessity of IBSD is to nurture and strengthen the North-Eastern states with focus to its sensitive issues in-order to make it as a potent force in its national drive. Pema Khandu Bridge Kodak Link With Steel Suspension


It is in light to enhance Kodak, Upper Siang district’s route networking with rest regions a steel suspension bridge was launched by Arunachal Chief Minister Pema Khandu as a part of state development initiative.



Matter of steel has its worth where CM Khandu had made expenditure of Rs 3894.00 lakh under Non-Lapsable Central Pool of Resources (NLCPR) for rolling out 210 meters suspension bridge. To ensure Siang connectivity with the sub-divisional headquarters instead of ply on foot to the river bank and trade on traditional bamboo hanging bridge.

In Manipur’s first power history will go solar as it has entered into a tripartite power pact on 17th Feb among MSPDCL (Manipur State power Distribution company Limited) and Manipur Renewable Energy Development Agency (Manireda) with Solar Roof Top Power Voltage –Plant (SRTPV-Plant) for power purchase at Old secretariat.



MSPDC (Manipur State power Distribution Company) the mastermind behind making this historic occasion to happen in Manipur, the Chief Secretary O Nabakishore mentioned that this is a big initiative by MSPDCL to save energy through natural power generation and the best way to promote green energy consumption. Six Medical Colleges On Plan For 2017-2018 In Assam


It is a kind of medical relief with six plans on ahead where work will be initiated in three destinations of Assam like Lakhimpur, Dhubri and Nagaon in 2017 and three more in 2018 at destinations like Nalbari, Kokrajhar and Tinsukia at Rs 570 crore according to Assam Health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma


This entire session of medical college set up will take three years time with Centre aided investment of 90% including government rest on the budget of Rs 570 crore for targeted three initial hospitals.

As per to the proposed financial plan to install three hospitals in varied regions of Assam the amount will be divided equally with additional Rs. 40 to Rs. 45 corer financial support to each hospital for further upgrade at the second phase to prepare it for the Medical Council of India inspection.



This 500-bedded hospitals’ construction at Nagaon and Dhubri destinations will be initiated by the Union Health Minister J P Nadda. 

200-Bedded Super Specialty Hospital Launched Under Gauhati Medical To Combat Cancer


Cancer figure has far exceeded with register of 90,000 cases on it in Assam within last five years’ span where an investment of Rs 85.78 crore was made to launch this 200-bedded super specialty cancer hospital under Gauhati Medical College to combat the fatal disease.


The Union Health Minister on the launch of this special cancer care and diagnosis center  headed under GMCH supervision was happy to announce that this advance measure in health sector has been first time initiated by the government.


To further boost this autonomously administered institute the government will initiate the centre to fund additional Rs 120 crore at its second phase construction. Entire North East region will be benefited by this latest PET-CT (Positron Emission Tomography-Computed Tomography) scan machine and Cobalt therapy machine equipped Cancer center of Assam as instead of paying extra outside people will procure the best treatment with ease.



The infrastructure of this cancer center enhanced with advanced technology based equipment includes even linear accelerator (LINAC) for functional ease and patient’s convenience.  

Arunachal Pradesh Medical Unit Distinguished With Kayakalp Award In New Delhi For Quality Assurance
