It is NIC in joint venture with DPG (Directorate of Public Grievances) and DARPG (Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances) who had contributed in the development of this online web- enabled system CPGRAMS to help citizen register their complain just by entering the Unique Registration Number provided to them through SMS/email. In this process it will help the departments to take prompt initiative to solve matter by monitoring grievances through CPGRAMS system.
