CM Pema Khandu’s AP Pre-Budget Holds Intact With Core Issues For Strategic Development


To hold up to best people’s expectation Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu prepares to produce his budget intact with core issue’s resolve at the state assembly session to be conducted on 6th to 15th March for the best interest of community’s welfare and strategic development of the state.


Change is necessary for development it is not an overnight process, reflecting on pan-Arunachal concept based 2017 budget session that was held with Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein and different Community Based Organizations (CBOs) the CM Khandu indicated innovative process to sort out genuine issues for best result.

  
According CM khandu Arunachal is unique in its own diverse aspects and endeavors to present budget that meets the ends of its varied communities’ demand where representative tribe’s CBO will guideline with best suggestion for effective regional development.


The 2017-18 budget which is to be proposed to be finalized by the State Annual Development Agenda (SADA) under BE, heads with Plan and Non-Plan concept to highlight on two categories Capital and Revenue.  



SADA which is to preside over State Development Council (SDC) in decision making of this years’ budget is to highlight crucial issues concerning region wise community’s criteria relating to development in education, tourism, agriculture, horticulture and health sectors.
