Mizoram Finance Minister Lalsawta appears confident on 2017-18 budget session
to be held on 14th March at state’s Assembly house as the government
is empowered with real autonomy power to decide on expenditure for giving
proper outcome to schemes enrolled by the centre and activities on region’s
development.
This time the government is more prepared and planning error free outlay of
state annual plan to encourage Centre for strong financial support on execution
of Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS).
