It was an unusual scenario to witness a senior Assamese political figure BJP
MLA Rama Kanta Deuri creating sensation after viral spread of his video in
three noted TV channels in compromising act which was pronounced as false
display to defame him and filed criminal case to the police.
Media generated improper display of false video was a plan
conspired by his political opponents against him according to Deuri. Further
step to clear the matter, he initiated higher end step to testify video reports
at the forensic lab to keep the public transparent on his role.
To watch that the broadcast parties do not escape from such irresponsible
act, Deuri forwarded a memorandum to initiate action against them to the
Monitoring Committee for private television channels headed by the Union
Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
The MLA who hails from Morigaon district, Assam has now put all the three editors
of the local TV channels’ on hook, responsible for creating negative viral impact in the public by bringing in the police to probe into the matter and to take action against them.
