Mother Saves 2 months Baby & 2 Lives During Nimatighat Mishap

Minati the survivor of the ill fated day on 8^th September when she sank with the rest as her boat collided had not only saved her drowning 2 months old baby but also saved two girls.

Unable to understand what hit her boat Minati a thirty year old mother next found herself jumping into the water and realized that her 2 months old baby was out of her clutch, getting drowned with her little fingers up on the surface of river water.

She held tight her hand and pulled her daughter Nanyanmoni. Luckily she knew how to swim and moved on to the surface of the tilted boat somehow but before she could take another breathe she readily have to make action for the two drowning girls asking for help.

Leaving her embarrassment aside she took out her drape from her cloth to throw it to the drowning girls so that they could cling on to it to rescue from the river surface. It is great that under such circumstance Minati kept her composure under the adversity as she never thought that her routine health check up of her child in Jorhat Medical would give her such a shocking experience that would remain as her biggest nightmare. Minati with this bold act became an inspiration to her people of Majuli.

Weather Menace Is The Biggest Criteria For Assam As 5.74 Lakh Affected

Second wave of flood could create such a scenario nobody ever assumed as always in Assam the first wave of flood use to create immense trouble to the population of the state where this time monsoon on second half became more threatening.

 

About 39, 831.92 hectares of crop came under the wrath of flood, keeping 1,278 villages submerged including many others annually. There are several cases of casualty to lives and damages to property.

The government need to prepare beforehand so that relief work could be done more effectively. Disaster management people used to reach the people but the affected ones do not like to leave behind their belongings. This is also the main factor for flood tragedy. Shortage of enough rescuers is also another big problem.   

Evacuation is on the process as 1, 029 people had been evacuated. Darrang and Lakhimpur remain to be the worst flood affected. Currently eighteen districts of Upper Assam had been severely hit by fkood water.

Heroin From Truck Nose Seized By Assam Police

Interestingly this time heroin of 660 grams seized from nowhere rather than from the truck’s nose that is about 60 packets from the engine cover at 4:30 am peak morning by the Jorbat Outpost police, Assam.

The truck loaded with heroin in 60 soap cases at its nose was passing from Manipur where forces from Basistha Police Station on a tip-off unsurfaced the narcotics along with Rs. 45000 and two mobile phones.

BJP CM Sarbananda Believes In The Key Winning Strength By Poll 2021

 

BJP CM Sarbananda Sonowal believes that the strength of Bharatiya Janta Party winning in the next phase election in 2021 during five years tenure are due to their key performance like anti-corruption move, digitalizing market network for greater economic development, settling extremist issues, resolving poaching issues, dissolving land patta criteria with indigenous land owners and assures CAA would be fruitful after two years implementation irrespective of strong criticism.

 

Regarding the sensitive issue of CAA, Assam CM Sonowal reminded that it was BJP way back in 1985 when it made realize people of the state of people’s right by forming a committee. There are certain parties trying to bring out a different picture today due to CAA implementation but where the voices and action when the Citizenship Act failed to be implemented during Congress lead government after multiple discussion and layouts.
