Insurgency has its roots in slowing development process of the state like
any other Northeast states where recently the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh
approved a special package to support Arunachal Pradesh fight against the system.
In this special package by the Centre three districts of Arunachal like Changlang,
Longding and Tirap will be boosted with higher security measures to curb the
complexity of insurgency where infrastructure, vehicles and equipment will be
further enhanced according to Rajnath Singh during 31st Arunachal Pradesh
statehood day address.
