Universal Health Insurance must have beneficial economic clauses where health matters as today any medical treatment in hospitals are costly especially critical illness which would make this plan ideal but when the Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma says would cover 80 percent of the people and is preparing a roadmap to make the scheme successful where it won't be possible without people's consent.
Now why 80 percent of the people opt for it if Universal Health Insurance does not falls under their budget unless ruled by the government. Five lakh financial coverage for all disease scheme must have conditions which may fail to include the expected 80 percent population of Assam as estimated by the Chief Minister Himanta. This health insurance plan that is to be laid under Ayushman Bharat scheme will be highlighted in the cabinet meet after month proximity.
