Is Bernard Marak The Reason Behind Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury’s Rasthrapatni Remark?

In the biggest ever crackdown against brothel raid by police a BJP leader from Tura, Meghalaya Bernard Marak was arrested with strong evidences where illicit act videos and recorded statements of the culprits were collected apart from rescue of five children and weapons and explosive material at his farm house.

It is a national threat where authority enacts in degrading moral act considering women as public property and causing assault even to minors as medical reports confirm. Marak’s extremity of conduct would not have been discovered if not a lady had lodged FIR at Tura police for sexual assault.

A nation is rocked with such contempt exposure to women by ruling party leader where Congress man was also found making a major fault by triggering BJP with comment ‘Rashtrapatni’ to Draupadi Murmu. How a dignified personality like the president of India could be commented so fearlessly in degraded manner?

Is it all in retaliation to BJP’s political figure’s contamination of the party due to which Congress had taken the advantage to retaliate? Rasthrapati and Rashtrapatni if see looks like male and female concept but somewhere BJP felt it was a remark made in contempt manner is also true. We also know Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury consciously apologized for the fault treated in conscious manner. Power has drove Marak the BJP vice president of Meghalaya to insanity which has become his downfall and the ruling party also need to be honest to nation’s interest. We know why Lanka was burned.

Intelligence Bureau Reveals Biggest Fear For Assam

In the latest combat by Intelligence Bureau after exposing blast plan in Bangalore has detected multiple Jihadi preachers in estimated 200 Madrasas of Assam.

IB operation on 24th July 2022 had nabbed a pro-Al Qaeda (AQ) subject Akhatar Hussain Laskar from Assam. IB who collects sensitive information for maintaining national peace has triggered such kinds of reports to Assam Police that can reveal greater plans of Jihadis in the state who are on high network in Upper Assam including Lower Assam.

Hatigaon in Guwahati city is estimated to be the main control point of Jihadis network in Assam. Bangladesh has been nourishing ULFA extremists of Assam and so has been successful for years in secretly controlling the state with their insurgents like International Al Qaeda and what not groups? It is not a year rule of Bangladesh extremist but many years which IB and Assam Police have secret accounts.

Is Assam Turning To Mini Taliban?

There has been report of indirect Taliban militant influence in Assam as Muslim nation Bangladesh is near to it and now after the discovery of twelve jihadis from the state more person connected to jihadis (Taliban Islamic militants) and Al Qaeda have come to light on second day operation by Assam Police.

Barpeta seem to be a strong base for Bangladesh jihadi and next is Morigaon. Counting back 22 August 2021 there were about 14 Taliban favored post made on social media in lower Assam on capture of Afghanistan due to which Assam police had to arrest them.

Under BJP government how so much anti-national groups have formed? It is not for month but year such practice have been carried due to which we can say people of Assam are following the path of insurgency not to talk about Jihadi norms. Feelings of hatred and path of illegal master mind to destroy peace of the state have been spreading fast but under whose benevolence? Who have kept them secured from the security and allowed them rule liberally and influence the mass?

Population of Assam is high and sneak peek of Jihadis and Alqaeda have influenced to what percentage is a big doubt as already state insurgency have helped these radical elements. But if secretly authorities are giving them the liberty to conduct their anti national activities then fear is larger that cannot be estimated.

GMDA And GMC, Assam Lacks Transparency On Crores Of Money Invested For Flood Free Projects

Way back in 2014 Guwahati Metropolitian Development Authority (GMDA) was allotted 750 crore to revamp drainage system especially the low lying areas but the present phase seems to be out of gear where even flood free zones have been affected in June 2022.

Now where has the money been implemented by GMDA has never evaluated the matter publicly. If the centre has to release money loouoking into the present threat will NDRF release the money for such pace of work? Is GMC appointed workers are in the spree of looting money for the work half done?

Ever since the drains are cleared the garbage are left to be pushed by heavy rains back into the drain. Now how a city will get rid of drain blocks? Prashanta Deka says, "GMC is fooling with public property and lives as they don't care if people have to remain house arrest and gets drowned."

Nayanika Mukherjee a teacher states, "Students are worst affected if they are unable to attend exam and class. The school cannot remain closed due two to three students. Mostly during rain buses get stuck in heavily flooded areas and the students do not reach in time. We want GMDA to take some responsible action as citizen of India. There should not be exterior parade of big plans which showcase gets washed away in heavy rains. Sincerity to job is true patriotism we don't have to showcase love for our country."

GMDA promised scientific survey of drainage system in Guwahati in 2014 to this engineer Pritam Dutta said, "GMDA failed badly in this mission because they did not approach local expert who has better ideas to confront the situation. Moreover strict action against illegal occupation of government lands has not been taken else flood would not have take a serious turn."

Voting Is A Blunder Rukminigaon Laments On BJP For Keeping Underwater In Emergency

It is a lament people chose Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) today every Rukminigaon people cry due to rising water till evening when it rained heavily on 26th Tuesday early morning around 2 am.

Pramod Deka states, "It is after Himanta Biswa Sarma came into power this area turned like a lake with rising water from new releases of water to this area." “We thought CM Himanta's return will be a good choice for the advancement of the area as he emphasize on technology. But now when the situation in Rukminigaon has turned to emergency state with rise in water with no quick solution to drain out water immediately and relief people from sleepless night,” Nilumoni Phukan emphasized.

Hewali Das who was moving out loads of clothes in a huge bag stated in tearful manner, “The speed of rising water after the rain is so fast that we could not even move our valuables to safety. Why this repeated misery on us when rest of the areas in the city do not face such crisis? We feel the government has left us to hell when the Centre has aided in so much for flood relief. The government has cheated the people depriving of their rights to live. Choosing BJP made a blunder."

If the Central government is setting up 'Jal Shakti Ministry' to set up river basin authorities for flood control then there should be a 'Shakti' to control waterlogging in the Guwahati city including major towns like Silchar, Nagaon, Tinsukia and Dibrugarh, Vedanta reacted when asked on government’s action on flood control.

A silent protest was made by Rukminigaon people by blocking the main road for one hour where police forces have to drop in. Protestors stated, “the protest will go more strong if the government fails to stop backwater issue in the area. It is multiple areas backwater that is flooding in Rukminigaon. Plus the government has not uplifted the concrete blockade made in Lastgate to create the Dispur flyover.”

Today Balika Vidyalaya a high level girls school have to remain shutdown due to flood. Even children cannot give exams and fail to attend important events in their institutes as they cannot move out in knee deep water.

On 26th July where rain waters cleared Rukmingaon was still in deep water till evening. It was late evening when the councilor moved in with pumps at Manasha Mandir to drive out water in Bharalu. Engineers Dilip Bora and Akhtar Hussain marked, "On last June massive flood there was immense cooperation from the Guwahati Municipal Department but it was a show off to please the public. The only plan that could sort out this issue is by creating an underground water channel to the adjacent river Bharalu from Chinaki Path but still no works had been implemented after the flood is over on June.”

“Assam government has not implemented funds of the nation virtuously so there is corruption and misery of the people” stated S. Pathak a senior citizen marking waste of vote with so much loss to property after Himanta’s regime. Roads had been elevated and drains widened but waters released from all direction is creating emergency situation as people cannot keep on constructing higher one’s premises,” S. Pathak with fury pointed to the government for creating false publicity with noble gesture to pour in people’s sympathy.

Real Fight For Drugs Is Internal Not External

Assam security forces have played a significant role in drugs combat in competent to rest of the states of India but it is the society which is internally becoming weak and susceptible to drugs that is making the fight complicated.

Even Governor Jagdish Mukhi at '60 Day Anti Drug Tobacco and Liquior Awareness' campaign at the ITA Centre for Performing Arts marked that to state a drug free society the parents should come up in this fight and build morally their children strong. Spread of drug is fast and contagious if a normal person comes under a drug affected group. Creating awareness on drug predators and build up of strong ties at home parents could help the society become drug free as Governor Jagdish Mukhi marks.

Stories of drug addict unearthed everyday in Guwahati city. Today drug addiction has become a menace for which the affected family members should contact with the anti-drug groups to make this fight effective. Assam police has nabbed drug peddlers who were transacting yaba tablet worth in corers to Bangalore where a Manipur police officer came into light of drug smuggling. Now if security forces out greed involves in anti social activity then such tough war can become bleak. But if the society acts strong then internally this war could be handled with less complicacy.

Is Assam Government Churning Out Money From The Milk?

Large population of Assam depend on milk where from 1st August milk price will be increased not by Rs. 1 but by Rs. 4 that will impact the prices of sweets, curd and paneer dairy items also.

Producers of dairy products will be directly benefited but indirectly the government pockets will be warm. Now 'Beharbari Outpost' famous Assamese serial mentions that now the salary will be earned to make traders rich. This is not comic but satirical against BJP government’s policy.

LPG gas cylinder price has soared to Rs.1000 plus. Rest packaged food items to get new price tags to empty the purses of buyers.

Saving is a word that helps to secure future from the earned money now with a hole in the pocket from where salaried people can save money? Government also understand economy now why this harsh game on public? Extremity of price rise does not speak about healthy state of country's economy.

Government Responsible For Artificial Lake Misery After Rain In Guwahati

Important places of Guwahati like Anil Nagar, Rukminigaon and Hatigaon today forms like artificial lake even after twenty minutes rain as all water outlets opened towards these areas so that water pools for duration keeping rest areas dry.

Government municipal people planning to elevate the roads of these areas without thinking of removing the human made blocks at Dispur, supermarket area is quite headless to defend residential people’s interest. Five hours later the rain water in Anil Nagar, Rukminigaon and Hatigaon areas continues to rise.

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has made lots of investment in embankments building for villages but sitting at his own home in Dispur area undermines crucial issues of the metropolitan city.

Previously Rukminigaon area did not face artificial lake like situation, it is just one year back artificial flooding of water in the entire area has taken place. It takes less than five minutes for the external water to flood in houses knee deep. Today people forced to move out from shops and houses in Rukmingaon and have curses for the Chief Minister Himanta and the BJP government due to the repeated loss. BJP Government Has No Futuristic Planning For Guwahati City

There is no investment and strategic outlay to control immediate flooding in major areas though boast of IIT when there is not a simple technology to control water logging in Guwahati metro.

Already the media has exposed illegal occupation and blockades in the water outlets of the city but the Bharatiya Janta Party’s concentration is only in economic growth. But how economy can grow without thinking for the welfare of the system of the state?

Today the drainage system if not had been neglected then today Guwahati would have been a healthy city. Still Guwahati city has time to recover if the departments works integrally as per to experienced people who have insight to improve the flood situation in Guwahati. In June intellectuals from various areas had given their strong suggestion to work out for flood free city but the Chief Minister Himanta was absorbed in statewide flood matter where even after a month he failed to show any participation in city’s growing issue.

Weather Blesses Bakri Id In Assam

Is Proper Drainage System In CM Himanta's Dream To Make World Class City?

2022 flood has exposed to what city Guwahati could be proclaimed as that is not even metro category as today the city does not lack in infrastructure development what the government processed currently with Singapore to make it as a world class city by inking LoI (Letter Of Intent).

Burying ugly matters and giving superficial outlook of Guwahati won’t make it as a world class city. Skeletal of Guwahati city is out and simply making a makeover would stir more opposition to BJP party. Already AASU (All Assam Student’s Union) and AGSU (All Guwahati Student’s Union) are determined for concrete solution to flood due to water logging.

Instead of infrastructure what is more effective for Guwahati city is to increase the breadth and depth of the water reservoirs, make man made reservoirs in account of filling natural reservoirs, evading occupation on the path of drains and elevation of drains in scientific process. Now what could stop in making Guwahati a world class city?
