It was during Shinzo Abe when he was in power in Japan there was a strong relation between Assam and his nation had been created but due to COVID severity much progress could not be met.
During Shinzo Abe regime there was strong interest of investment and economic plans had been made and he was inclined t o make a visit but COVID had different plans. COVID subsided but then Shinzo Abe was not in power and today his death has shattered the dreams Assam had with Japan. No doubt entire world is in a state of shock but Assam will continue to remember the noble leader of Japan.
