Already NGOs of Assam have busted many trafficking cases where state police are in network with Mumbai and Delhi intelligence groups to share information on susceptive move on region’s vulnerable people.
Interacting with national level NGOs and anti trafficking activists the Crime Investigation Department (CID) of Assam Police has asked to gather their resources and take control of any suspicious move in destination states. The SPs of every flood affected regions were asked to intensify vigil in their regions to avert trafficking cases. Every transit points have been alerted on any suspicious move of trafficking for effective solution to combat against such challenging phase.
