Past since one month Northeast is suffering from depression in Bay of Bengal due to which incessant rain have caused huge damages to lives and property.
Now again the fear looms as according to IMD report speedy winds with heavy clouds to engulf entire Northeast. Assam, Tripura and Manipur to receive heavy rain with thunder in some parts. Intensity of wind is assumed to be at low speed and landfall of rain to take slowly.
