In the advent to provide 25 MW solar power plants in all districts of Assam after the launch of Udalguri power plant the Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma marked that the state aims to produce 500 gigabyte solar plant by 2026 if present power mission accomplishes to drive in power naturally from the Sun.
Already Assam in the verge of becoming solar sufficient and is steadily growing in the aim to bar coal and gas production for energy dependency apart from securing the bio system for environment friendliness.
