Is there is enough fund for the government to speed up clearance of paddy fields covered with two to three feet sands and silts left by the rivers? Now machines will be required to improve the ground level so that the soil becomes suitable for sowing seeds. Lakhs people houses damaged will the fund from government restore lives to normalcy?
