Heavy to heavy showers still on the map though its sever nature of flooding has partially calm down within 24 hours observation with toll of more than five deaths.
Be it Upper Assam or Lower Assam have been affected severely in the second wave of flood this year is now partially on control to according Assam State Disaster Management.
But yesterday’s night rain on 4th September in Guwahati was enough to submerge the city as even the dry lands reported flood. It seems due to the swelling river Brahmaputra and other rivers connected to the capital city of Assam a small rain could scare citizens of getting flooded.
