In an unbelievably bold and foolish act Imran Shah Choudhury and Rajib Kalita helped forged Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma’s signature to help others get contract in the PHE (Public Health Engineering) department via CM’s office to get three percent as commission.
The forged papers of Imran was submitted to the Chief Engineer of the PHE department. Anupam Choudhury, Dilip Das and Prakash Basumatary were involved in this forgery case. Even Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma was clueless that he was being duped of his own signature.
