Municipality department of Guwahati capital city has been authorized to investigate in suspicious trading corners of commercial area to check intensive health hygiene among traders related to it in Ganeshguri area under the head of Senior Medical Officer Anindita Chanda.
Fault in timely produce of trading licence and lapse in renewal of licence by the traders could bear penalty of Rs 14,000 which similarly will be the case with traders who do not maintain hygiene in health trade. But GMC on overall had also requested hygiene maintenance to all the traders to boost their clean mission.
