Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd’s (BSNL) has made a speedy comeback and restoring services to its normal form in all the affected eight north-eastern states, West Bengal and Andaman and Nicobar Islands due to major transmission equipment damage during the process of huge inferno outbreak at its Salt Lake city office on 22nd July.
