‘Dhing Express’ of Assam is clocking faster her timing and improving her golden performance with five international titles that Hima Das had fetched with gold spot at each, making India proud. 

Big Challenge awaits for this young emergent athletic of India, Hima to make it to the top list in the coming Doha World Athletic Championships that is to be conducted from 28^th September - 6^th October as there will be top competitors with best timing profile.

Hima the dark horse made her opening as a new sprinter in Indian team with a big bang by becoming the first racer to race for top slot at global event like Under-20 World Championships, Finland. It seems Hima is more comfortable at European plane with fetch of five gold medals at its various events in this month alone.

Streaks of golden titles have added more weight to her career profile as today Hima outstands from rest of Indian athletes who dared to extremity. One can see how Hima is growing confident and stronger with gain of victory in her every new attempt.

But this does not mean she is unbreakable as earlier Hima had faltered few inches less to win Doha Asian Championships this year due to higher intensity muscle spasm. The Indian Sprint Queen has made a new marking with dramatic speed improvement by clocking 23.25 seconds in 200m (in Tabor, Czech Republic). Hima would require more time to clock past world’s best athletics Volker Herrmann’s speed.
