Expenditure on India’s top pilgrim “Maa Kamakhya Temple” soars in during the phase of Amubachi on the Aahar month initial with abundant financial support from various sources including government’s major financial aid of Rs. 1.36 crore for overall security, welfare, crowd management and tourism enhance this year 2019 where in a first attempt Ambubachi Mela will be given a different lift with introduction opening with a hit bhajan song from star Kailash Kher of Bollywood.
Assam state Government’s financial expenditure has increased as Kamakhya Temple has become a matter of global pride due to extensive inflow of foreign tourists apart from being a week long mega holy event that is conducted at the alter of Neelachal hill, Guwahati at Kamakhya temple from 22nd June to 26th June.
