This four days annual
cultural festival “Behdienkhlam” of Meghalaya which is observed with grand
festivity was graced by the Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh to enjoy the
music, food and colors of the serene state of India that is engulfed with a
beautiful weather filled with freshness and warmth. Meghalaya is really a
paradise on earth with such a lovely scenic beauty and rich culture of its
people.
