Awards along with Gangtok for keeping up to the codes of CSE in maintaining
clean city.
This New Delhi-based research and
advocacy body, CSE analyzed that waste production in Mizoram’s capital city
Aizwal is comparatively minimal in comparison to rest cities of India.
Mizoram account to have contribution
of 20% annual waste release according to CSE’s analysis on toxic release by
important cities of India.CSE in its latest publication ‘Not in My Backyard’
highlighted 14 urban centres that follows the codes of good waste management in
their respective regions.
