Many survivors still remain unconnected to
relief camps without any improvement in the dwindling scenario as they cannot
combat the dangerous water running neck deep and edge of roof tops as situation
remain unchanged even after seven days of incessant rain.
Overflowing Kopili, Haria and Nishari rivers
have submerged many revenue villages in Nagaon and Hojai districts.In Cachar
connectivity have been snapped due to swelling river and landslides.
