2019 Assam Flood Situation Seems To be In Control With More Than Half % Improvement



Survey report from the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) has reflected changes in graph of state flood with lower percentage toll in comparative to 2018 monsoon situation with flood affected of 10,000 whereas 2019 reflects 4,200 figure.


Percentage of rainfall in entire Northeast is recorded to be low in comparison tolast year where some places of NE states farmers had major complain of drought due to which their cultivation have been affected.


Significant rise of flood cases have been reported from the states of Nalbari and Dhemaji districts of Assam. Nalbari grosses 3,833 figure that stands high from rest of the districts of Assam on the aspect of highly flood affected region.
