Miscreants snapped three hanging bridges setting network between river banks to avert repolling session in the targeted area which may be a unique challenge for the election commission that ever encountered in India.
First attempt was successful for the polling team as they had reached Kumey river’s right bank in Dotte village without hassle but in the next attempt they got stuck while trying to reach their destination in Gimba village situated in the left bank as all the three network route through hanging bridges were snapped off by the miscreants.
