Assam And Rest Of Northeast Moved For Strong Poll Turnout Under All Adversities Of Cyclonic Storm


Estimated figures of poll turnout of Northeast states was quite high earlier while due to recent cyclonic disruption has dampened voter’s enthuse for participation in the ongoing India’s great political war on 18th April.


But still the people braved under all adversities of weather conditions to stand up in queue for long hours patiently to go for political change by casting their precious votes.


In the 2nd phase polling at five parliamentary constituencies of Assam there were certain cases of EVM malfunction all though the security arrangements for public convenience was properly fetched by the Election Commission.
