During the session of the ongoing meet with the international delegates at the 2nd ASEAN-India Youth Summit, Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh threw light on building ties with the ASEAN nations and directed state's youth participation to grab greater futuristic opportunities to help develop the region.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh supported this gigantic economic move made by the Assam government to stage ASEAN summit at its region and consents to Chandra Mohan Patowary the state's Act East Policy Affairs Minister’s perspective on Assam’s geographical advantages through improvement of South East Asian ties.
