Hima Das Finishes With Silver Starlit As The World’s Fastest Woman Salwa Ends With Golden Lining

All eyes were on Hima Das, the emerging sport star of India with first time gold medal in the national history of rally in world event but unfortunately the fate has gambled her in a tough position with Salwa Eid Naser a  19 years old sprinter from Bahrain and world record holder as the fastest women with three international acclamation on her stride and highest speed record of 49.08 seconds that broke previous Asian record, at Asian Games 2018's 400 meters race.

May be the pattern of destiny’s game was visible on Hima’s face when she knew about Salwa’s incredible speed timing performances which was evident  at the qualifying round of Asian Games 2018. But the bitter part is not that Hima had lost the golden slot due to Salwa but the brighter fact is that is we could see how the Indian sprinter was improving her speed from 51 seconds at the qualifying round and outstanding finish of 50.79 seconds at the final round. Clocking well with the speed of Salwa’s timing of 50 seconds.

Hope better luck next time, well Hima should understand that she has more tougher competitors to face in the future and only her consistency to improve her timing can again make her leave the golden lining at the international competitions. Hima is a tremendous inspiration to Indian athletes and will remain in the future for she is a exemplary and a bankable player of the nation.
