The giant public sector to conduct this cent percent women oriented depots in entire Northeast to help realize female empowerment in work domain be it small or greater level jobs. Rukminigaon area Dispur, Guwahati’s existent depot will be the first to initiate this women oriented program by shift wise.
Assam being prominent for oil resources is ready to sport twelve retail outlets in fuel while Meghalaya retains the second highest women depots. It is not that Indian Oil to stay with this figure of women oriented depots but to expand its horizon at large scale in future in Northeast as women here are hardworking.
