SBI ATM Demanded to Minimize 12 km Distance in Remote Assam

People of Loch Chowk (Muktapur) travel minimum 5 km to max 12km to transact money from SBI (State Bank of India) ATM of Baihata Chariali branch in Assam due to which demand has been forwarded to the concerned bank authority.


Stirred by the woes of traveling to such distance regularly for ATM access, public of Loch Chowk  are quite agitated. Seeing at the pathetic condition of the people, even SBI employees of Bhaihata Chariali have forwarded a demand along with the public jointly for SBI ATM extension at Loch Chowk.


Point is people of Loch Chowk area of Kamrup district are not availed with any bank ATM facility for emergency transaction of money. As rarely any ATM could be witnessed in the area. For years people of Loch Chowk are processing transaction though bank branch services only.
