Manipur expected 8, 38, 730 voters to march for the final phase poll that is to be conducted in six electoral districts at 1,247 polling stations where necessary arrangements for smooth run of polling process has been made even for the disability (PwDs) and centenarian voters according to Manipur Chief Electoral Officer Rajesh Agarwal.
