Before the COVID disease undertakes the doctors serving 24 hours service to the patients are in the verge of quitting the job as the stress level is too high without required break is not a case in India but also in UK where the infection cases are high.
In UK especially the trainee doctors are under the heat
of COVID pandemic as the pressure of works remain to be intense which according
to General Medical Council (GMC) survey it will impact on the output quality, putting
patient’s health at risk, affecting their well being.
In India even the trainee doctors are bearing the brunt
of COVID stress and are undergoing psychological stress who had almost
sacrificed their time in the hospital. The situation is pathetic as trained
professionals are few and work pressure is more that even medical unit unable
to control the lapse in serving the quantity of patients.
