Panandhi Jim Sultana the child artist of Assam got recognition as the 'Best Child Actress' at Lasa International Film Festival in Brazil for the film (God on the Balcony) 'Belkonit Bhagwan' directed by Biwajit Bora under Noor Sultan production.
This is a great honor for Assam where (God on the Balcony) 'Belkonit Bhagwan' film even fetched the 'Honourable category' which is a great pride. Rajat Kamal awardee Noor Sultan the producer of 'Belkonit Bhagwan' hails from Dergaon, Assam who acknowledges people of the locality for enabling him to succeed in his international goal as the film fetched nomination in 21st New York Indian Film festival, 24th Shanghai International Film Festival and London 22nd Rainbow International Film Festival including others. 'Belkonit Bhagwan' has even fetced nomination in the upcoming Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) on 12th August.
