Meghalaya On Great Network To Digitize Government Service


Meghalaya in its attempt to digitize government process has united with the Department of Administrative Reform and Public Grievances (DARPG) and the Ministry of Electronics and information Technology to organize this event. There will be four breakout sessions during the process of five sub-themes in the plenary session round.


In this two day event about 50 delegates with participation of 28 states are expected including eight Union Territories. Interestingly there will be a setup of an exhibition on hall of fame with display of creative images of important personalities who dared to make achievements and won titles. This conference to be inaugurated by Meghalaya CM  Conrad Sangma Minister and State (Independent charge) of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Jitendra Singh.


Exclusive about this two day event is that about 15 states would be presenting their IT initiatives plus success stories in the break out sessions where Hamletson Dohling, the Meghalay’s Minister of IT and Communication and the Urban Affairs Department to attend.
