Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Dev seems to be on to a new strategy to accomplish his mission to fulfill his promise as provided to the state and its people during his election campaign due to which he has set the norm of voluntary retirement for all government employees if they go beyond quality performance.
The entire state people’s progress depends on how the government domain is functioning to nourish the roots of all bases relating to every individual’s economic growth to become a participant in region’s development and revenue leverage.
Obviously if field visit modules is mandated for District Magistrates (DM) including collectors then it will not only motivate people to act promptly under new scheme but the center will have full idea how their projects are undertaking towards progress once the Tripura CM is updated on it.
According to Tripura CM Biplab Dev it is compulsory for the DM to check in on each area of his district along with respective department’s head on the status of progress of every schemes launched in remote areas for rural development on each Friday apart from checking in the process of new orders as directed by the administration.
