Recently on a major combing by the Guwahati Frontier troops of Border Security Force in West Bengal international border area at Kalamati in Cooch Behar district a gang with one consignment that comprised of 2000 yaba tablets, 6.5 kg ganja and Phensedyl bottles 50, categorized illegal under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 was nabbed on 10th June.
The BOP Kalamati –II troops detected suspicious movements of miscreants in country’s border region at West Bengal’s Kalamati area separating Bangladesh and had accomplished success in this mission after a major ambush on it against illegal trading.
