Assam Crime Branch Has Found New Cyber Route To Kill Major Crime In The Society Through Social Media

It is a new awakening call for Assam Police who have intensified its cyber search from 2018 for crime trace and foil through social media domain which had remained long out of focus to make a link to crime network and understand crime strategy.

Especially during 2019 election phase from April to May have intensified Assam Police's job in social media tracking for any trigger of any anti-social oriented comment to avert any kind of untoward incidents and disruption in peaceful political campaign.

Criminals like illegal elephant trader Imran Khan was caught through his famous facebook picture with Mukesh Ambani’s son. Recently ONGC engineer was nabbed for posting comment in favor of ULFA leader to help understand how Assam’s militants are making strategy to recruit in more efficient people. Martyr Sunil Kalita wife's FB post helped to nab a miscreant from Jammu involved in anti-social act.

Social media has become a platform for miscreants to play with the mind of their prey and in directing them to their world of crime and robbing them of their wealth and honor. Especially people who are vulnerably weak fall prey to social media criminals. So the Assam Police has taken a major initiative to make guardians aware that their children stay away from social media to avert from becoming victim to virtual criminals and remain shielded from being exposed to unknown threats.

Germany police has taken the best initiative to lock down virtual crime through social media by making any suspicous account invalid within 24 hours time if threat is sensed far before. Many years before the international police have started intensifying their tap on social media to scheme out more criminals and to understand deeper virtual crime networking. It is good Assam Police has paced up fast their job in tracking criminals through social media.

Is Assam Prepared For Ropeway Challenges Before Ensuring Enjoyable Ride?

Assam's major ropeway project is nearing to completion but whether people are aware about the challenges in this attempt to relish aerial cable car service from Switzerland based technology?

Gulmarg, Kashmir single ropeway cable car crash took seven lives though technically being on safety norms as it was due to the act of natural calamity the misfortune occurred. The reason simply because the wind in the open space high altitude of the Jammu ropeway route intensified that lead to tree uproot on the other end of the terminus which collided with the cables and snapped connectivity. This incident occurred way back in 26th June, 2017.

Two years gap after similar car crash mishap had occurred but on contrary in a different scale which was completely a technical “ERROR”. The under construction ‘Mock Rescue Drill’ for inspection that carried six workers in the single cable  car had crashed down due to technical failure which lead two deaths and four serious injuries. Interestingly, few days later the Indian Prime Minister Narendar Modi was suppose to inaugurate this auspicious moment of ropeway operation to boost pilgrims to travel fast to Mahamaya Temple apart from the rest travelers. But due to what “technical maya or mystery” the Jammu ropeway car crash occurred at the site near to Mahamaya temple is still not clear.

Darjeeling Ropeway 2003 case where four tourists died due to single cable snap that instantly plummeted to two aerial cars to the ground, the state forest and public works department ministers under which this project was initiated conducted a meet for extra edge initiative for next safe resume of the operation. During the inspection of safe ropeway initiative the forest and public work ministers had involved a PWD engineer and teachers from two Kalyani Government Engineering College who had detected technical ‘ERROR’ in the trail run. Later after 9 YEARS gap the operation was resumed in 2012 over 70 00 feet range area filled with dense forest, mountain ridges, waterfalls, green valley including tea estates that reflects higher intensity threat if the ropeway cable snaps due to weight issues or natural calamities.

Darjeeling, mechanical engineer Vijay Gupta mentioned, “India is yet to trend on the latest safe technology of four cables cable car for dangerous terrain and safe resilient rescue net as in Japan’s Takao Chairlift single ropeway opened way back in 1959 (ideal example of safety).”

Engineer Sudipta Biswas from Kolkata had marked with concern stating, “Garaventa AG, Switzerland carriage and rescue system technology do have four cable cars but it is a costly matter as it will supersede the present cost of 56 crore ropeway project and so we could see single strength cable cars in Guwahati, Panbazaar terminus near to Nehru Park by the side of Brahmaputra bank.”

Marking on safety measure in ropeway implementation Sudipta Biswas marked, "There is highest challenge from mighty river Brahmaputra as against single cable ropeway which is to become India’s longest two way terminus point. Matter of point is not the pride of being the longest ropeway in India but the safety of the thirty one passengers boarding on Brahmaputra ropeway cable car, ready to face the challenge to pass through rough river wind, strong swelling river current underneath during flood and sharp stony layers during river water recede to meet their destination in North Guwahati. Under intense ropeway usage will Guwahati ropeway capacity of 250 (Persons Per Hour) endure without causality is a doubt. Not to talk about future trial version about Panbaazar ropeway as casualties followed in this years’ Jammu cable crash with six passengers on board."

Assam origin business man Vikas Jain based in Japan pointing on technology had added, "Looking into Brahmaputra’s futuristic challenges the answer lies in Japanese Technology based Kita Yatsugatake Ropeway as it adapts to modern needs. Low height based cable cars ropeway with much capacity powered wires to withstand greater people accommodation. Eventually has less percentage of unpredictable wind knock out and wire snap. Japan development authority has higher sense to counteract ropeway disaster keeping in full knowledge to overall challenges now we cannot expect the same outlook from Assam Metropolitan Development Authority, fresh on ropeway challenges. On greater futuristic outlook single cable car ropeway of reversible system over Brahmaputra is not approval."

Will Brahmaputra Board and MCLMA Effort Make Majuli An Ideal Organic Destination?

Recently Majuli has come out with a new strategy to advance the district on economic and cultural front by stressing Brahmaputra Board and the Majuli Cultural Landscape Management Authority (MCLMA) bodies to extend support in its organic dream plus tourism and culture advancement.

Majuli Island Protection and Development Council (MIPADC) chairman Dr. Arun Kumar Sharma a former MP stressed on the effectiveness of the two bodies in advancing its potential tourism aspects and strengthening its culture value.

MIPADC head Arun Kumar focusing on Majuli’s virgin aspect requested that the government of Assam to take initiative in declaring it as an organic didtrict and also emphasized to support development projects in the world’s largest riverine island that do not violates its popular Neo- Vaishnavism including other ethnic cultural values.

Majuli islanders’ main source of living is its natural resources and farming where because of rich soil support  once it was recognized as the biggest organic food supplier in entire Assam. But this scenario was prominent when erosion did not hit the islanders so hard with intensified flood. Now river terminus for boat and ferry transportation is hit hard due to anti-erosion project that is affecting the district’s advancement process since there is no route network via vehicle or air.

Today Majuli has extensive challenges to retain its soil quality due to incessant flood and erosion. Will alone financial and external support from various welfare bodies enable to help grow its organic dream is a big question.

Currently the court has sent a copy of final decision on the order to Mahendra Jha the head of Ahmadabad Jaganath temple after making a hearing with two teams of wildlife expert and veterinarians on their analytical reports as was directed to the forest department officials to approach them before they process finally for the elephant’s transportation to Gujarat under political influence.

Dr. Pulin Chandra Das, Director of Animal Husbandry on phase of climatic condition and elephants' welfare marked, “Taking into the matter of the current phase of adverse weather condition due to intense heat wave that caused so many deaths in North western India our team of veterinarians have decided after research that the elephants should not be headed to long hours train journey. But then we cannot impose decision on the panel of jury of Guwahati high court as even after the cross verification upon the analytic report from the team of expert and veterinarians if they sense worth sending the animals to Gujarat then they can.”

Veterinary staff Rabin Saikia had sighted, “It is true Assam is overly populated with animals and previously even people had traded elephants illegally to many parts of India as this is not the first case. But where wildlife permit is concerned there are many clauses after which animals are transported. To which the Guwahati court is aware but its panel of jury before putting a stay on the order of transporting the elephants wants to make its stance clarified, especially to the Gujarat authority for dealing with four elephant from Tinsukia for holy purpose without proper legal process.”

Expert wildlife committee came to a conclusion to oppose on sending the elephants after thorough verification on the norms of Central Zoo Authority and Project Elephant which version was recorded by the panel of jury at Guwahati High court including the views of Dr. Pulin Chandra Das, director of animal husbandry, veterinary college professor KK Sharma, City zoo veterinary officer, Dr. Bijoy Gogoi and Dr. Debabrata Phukan veterinary officer Golaghat before consenting on to their opposition.

Challenges Ahead For Assam’s CSIR-NEIST Team In Releasing India’s First Patented Cost Effective CQDs For Cancer Diagnosis?

Coal's Life Saving Signs

Now what is CQDs and how it helps in effective detection of cancer cell? The real CQDs scenario in India is that it is a chemical composition of carbon based nanomaterials which are imported by health and diagnostic centers at a price Rs. 2000 per ml to diagnose cancer cell.

Now ml percentage is too small to procure at Rs. 2000 but that is what happening in affluent Health diagnostic centers on national level according to the Jorhat scientist from Polymer Petroleum and Coal Chemistry group of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research – North East Institute of Science and Technology (CSIR-NEIST).

Interestingly Jorhat’s NIEST scientist team have found a best alternative CQDs nanomaterial or carbon dots result to be applied in bio-imaging diagnostic tools for chemical sensing and opto electronic to detect cancer cell in better quality image.

The striking part in making this effective technology avail in the market for sales is that it will lower the charges of cancer cell diagnosis in all healthcare diagnostic centers, preventing greater burn on patient’s pocket as according to the team head of this patented CQDs innovation Binoy Kumar Saikia who stated, “Following expensive US and Japan based CQDs diagnostic technology provider whose rate is Rs. 2000 per ml they have a better alternative. If any multinational Pharma company helps them to launch their cheap but environment friendly, intoxic or low toxic, good conductivity and high stability chemical composition derived from low rate sulphar content coal @ Rs. 50 per ml then they are ready to sell.”
Cell Bio-ImagingTechno For Cancer Detection

The hurdle after the biggest innovation of CQDs blue fluroscent carbon nanomaterials from sulphuric coal that is to be availed just at one twentieth price of the imported ones, Binoy Saikia revealed, “There are certain complex Supreme Court jurisdiction in availing medical related materials in the market which CSIR-NEIST, Jorhat has to muscle up and simultaneously work out with approachable investors interested to launch their cancer cell technology in the market. It will be a long process if luck do not favors. Else they have to rely on international agents to fetch for best price for their innovation but NEIST team would definitely look forward to get their patent recognized first in Indian market.”

On previous case studies it has been revealed that the Indian Supreme Court’s refused to process Swiss Pharma based patented cancer drug brand Gleevec by Novartis giant Pharmaceutical company due to extensive price labeling that goes against the norms of greater penetration in the market

Next is a Generic Drug Manufacturing Indian company Natco Pharma Ltd that received nod from the Supreme Court to sell their patented Nexavar branded anti-cancer drug from Bayer Healthcare of Germany.

But later got jinxed when Natco filed an application for CL under Patent Act section 84 (5) (iv) against non-profit Third World Network, Bayer Pharma for the grant of Compulsory license to have the right to manufacture for greater accessibility of the product at an affordable price due to extensive demand.

To which Bayer multinational Pharma company had opposed the CL application against it for implementing extensive price in marketing Sorafenib cancer drug due to extensive research and development cost. Bayer justifies its stance by highlighting that It has legal right to determine the price.

The jurisdiction of SC has to go against Byer Pharma company later after its successful launch of the imported product with unbelievable fetch of price of Rs. 2 Lakhs  to help extend patient’s longevity to 4-5 years in kidney cancer victims while liver patients 6-8 months.

Natco Pharma though being privileged to be the first ever company to be licensed to produce their Sorafenib drug labeled with new Nexavar Brand name to counteract the deadly disease without harsh surgery method had to make a choice to lower the rate at Rs. 8880 per patient on monthly basis for greater penetration in the market.

According to the Child’s, Director Of Policy And Advocacy at the international non-profit, Medicines Sans Frontiers (MSF) this jurisdiction from the Supreme Court justifies Patient support groups and public health activists effort to avail public right to access innovative and effective health products at a standard affordable price. Jorhat NEIST team needs sound marketing strategy to popularize their product and greater penetration in Indian drug market.

Since the Guwahati Railway station is near to the Central Jail camp in Fancy Bazar so it is considered to be the biggest among all the camp set ups. According to PHE Engineer Kishore Kumar Talukdar this year 2019 has accounted 20,000 plus Ambubachi pilgrims in the Central Jail camp of Fancy Bazar area itself.

Former Senior Guwahati Municipal Officer, Vinod Kumar Hazarika who is a regular visitor of Maa Kamakhya temple on every annual Ambubachi Mela event had stated, “There is not much hazard for weaker groups like children, female and aged people following the sensational beheaded incident as special arrangement has been made by the State Transport department authority for free vehicular access for these pilgrims to the shrine precinct, without making them travel on foot from the base of Nilachal hill under present extreme condition of heat. This transport facility remains active from 10 p.m. to morning 10 a.m. as this route remains banned from any vehicular movement during peak hours of Ambubachi Mela.”

On Pilgrim’s health arrangement, GMC Former Senior official marked, “There are various volunteer health camp organizations including famous Rama Krishna Ashram health camp and government based medical relief camps to attend to any minor to emergency cases during the phase of Ambubachi festivity.” Especially dehydration and heat related health issues are more than to any other diseases for Ambubachi Mela visitors to Maa Kamakhya Temple. So the PHE department of Guwahati has initiated major free safe water drinking arrangement by delivering water pouches for instant easy access.

Namami Guwahati Flood 2022 Boat Mission

Sarbananda Sonowal Water & Shipping Union Minister should now think for secure Guwahati and must layout plan for 'Namami Guwahati Flood 2022 Boat Mission' as people in demand for boat rescue not ambulance on today's 14th June Tuesday red alert flood.

If anything has improved in leaps and bound than is Guwahati’s flood, today the said metropolitan city is in red alert as people were asked to stay inside as water is flowing dangerously in the city.

Red alert is easy to say but no engineers could come forward with bright ideas to make proper drainage systems. Authority though has failed to come up to people's expectation to stop waterlogging. Government is busy in development but at the cost of people's life. Today lakhs in Guwahati are submerged, house arrest and without water & electricity. Not one crucial areas in Guwahati are spared from deep water. Landslide on rage with numbers of deaths in Guwahati city.

Today flood if this do not become the last one then center should work on plans for laying out boat system on roads to rescue trapped passengers plying in bus, car and other vehicles apart from attending emergency calls. 'Namami Guwahati Flood 2022 Boat Mission' can be a hope now. This is a public vision to today's red alert flood scenario in the city if the center or government has not visioned yet.

First In India CSIR-NEIST Jorhat Brings Hope Of Cost Effective Cancer Cell Detection Technique!

Everyone knows Cancer diagnosis is the greatest hurdle due to expensive imported hi-end CQDs technology based tools which local version has been got patented unbelievably in India by a Assam's CSIR- NEIST team from Jorhat district with their historic attempt in developing their first cancer cell detection technique through cost effective low quality coal substance.

Headed under the scientists Binoy Kumar Saikia and Tonkeswar Das the CSIR- NEIST team, Jorhat of Assam was first in India to accomplish a tough mission to develop coal oriented chemical process to turn dirty cheap coal into a biomedical ‘dot’ for cancer cell identification.

Processing of carbon quantum dots (CQDs) of 10nm less size chemical components  derived from cheap low-quality plus intense sulphuric content coal products to prepare for cancer cell diagnosis according to the scientist Binoy Kumar. CSIR scientist Jorhat on their patented CODs nanomaterials had mentioned how the entire process helps in bio-imaging micro cancer cell effectively apart from chemical and opto-electronic sensing ability with equivalent impact as in Japan and US based CQDs products.

Is Gujarat In Some Kind Of Belief That Assam Elephants Can 'Sanctify' Their Holy Rath Yatra Procession?

As opposed group went with their varied reasons in protest against the perilous boarding of four elephants of Assam from Tinsukia district to the other western end of India in Gujarat due to holy Rath Yatra procession in its core center Ahmadabad, the matter of concern is that does Gujarat authority has some kind of false belief when they have the nearest suitable option to procure the required jumbos from their neighboring states like Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh  at a better cost.

What makes Gujarat stick to this expensive decision of making four elephants cover 70 hours distance through common NFR boggies? This decision of Gujarat administration has triggered the wildlife welfare groups of Assam against the selected local elephant’s travel in capsized space of railway boggies as that can have heavy impact on their health and possibly cause death.

Now will the Government’s decision would come down after the severe protest by the wildlife groups of Assam to withdraw this deal as this can end up the life of the poor four jumbos? Following multiple cases of elephant menace in Assam has the state government sought this decision?

Is It A Communal Stunt Or Barpeta District Is Accustomed To Religious Riots?

Barpeta and Dhubri districts of lower Assam is known for highest Muslim population, despite which the Hindu Assamese community had been very tolerant despite religious difference but the recent spark of mob attack on minor Muslim youths appears to be illusive.

Yes, if the case had been in Chhaygaon area of Guwahati where a female Bihu dance troop  from Boko area had been physically humiliated in front of 700 men then eruption of religious clash in Assam would have been feasible.

But without any particular cause why a sudden attack on a minor group of Muslim youths has been followed while they were on a run to their destination through autorickshaw transport is like a dust in public’s eye. Since Barpeta public is conscious of communal challenges and disruption in peaceful function of daily operation then why they will attract such incidents that brings flaw in the system?

Ritual Concept Of Beheading In Kamakhya Does Not Go Against Indian Constitution!!!!!

Nation was rocked two days ahead of Ambubachi Mela with reopen of an inhuman behead act upon a lady as a sacrifice ritual to appease the Goddess Kamakhya at Nilachal Hill top in the deity’s shrine that gave spine chilling impact to the unexpected pilgrims who came for early morning ‘Darshan’.

According to Mahanta a Kamrup resident who had stopped visiting Kamakhya due to prevalence of black magic and powerful tantric act stated, “Actually today nationwide exposure of such heinous act does not reveal the whole story and people who are aware about the actual rituals at silent hours fears opening the truth for future sake. Here there is no Santh or Mahapurush to take criticism easily as they have spiritual power that works dangerously on their opponent. Immensity of their strength is that they leave no evidence of any hidden criminal act. So it is a very complex system we are living in where lawmakers are limited with powers to detect their influence.”

Emphasis of Tourism and intensity of tourist inflow with high tech security arrangement have kept inhuman act at bay to a certain extentin Kamakhya premise . But that is not sufficient else police would not have arrived after the sacrifice they would have sensed the expected crime beforehand like in possible terror attack.

Neeraj Mehta an outside Assam resident who was supposed to visit  the site with his family and friends for the first time in Kamakhya expressed, “I was supposed to visit this much heard about India’s famous Kamakhya temple dedicated to Durga Goddess along with my kids and family members including friends. But my children are reluctant after hearing prevalence of inhuman act in its premise. For them the temple nearby is enough to fill their hearts with faith and honor for Mataji. In their life they could not bear to see an animal getting injured or killed for food then how with their traumatized mind with recollection of beheaded image can enter the premise with devotion?”

When Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Khanin Choudhury was contacted to know how safe is the situation and possible safe hours of visit he stated, “There is nothing to fear please do pay visit whenever you want, there are police escort to maintain peaceful situation. At every peak of time there will be a watch.” But when he was asked about the case proceedings he replied, “Actually it is a matter of superstition and ritual belief due to which it is very difficult to change these people's mindset but we are trying hard to bring the culprit to the surface.”

If such people retain such system followed way back many centuries behind then in which century we are living with high influence of such people?

Now the public wants to know if India has a constitution according to which citizens have to abide by its law then how on open context in such internationally popular premise like Kamakhya such multiple outlaw activities have occurred repeatedly without any fear for lawmakers.
