In a major effort to develop international communication to neighboring border nation Myanmar the NE state Mizoram is to initiate land network through implement of bus service as announced by the Transport Minister, T J Lalnuntluanga at Aizwal Assembly.
Mizoram bus network will be operational from the interstate city to Tahan township of Myanmar. On the present phase the matter is to be initiated by the Ministry of External Affairs with the Myanmar government to materialize this international land communication with Kalamyo city in Sagaing area of the border nation where constitute a strong population of Mizo tribes.
Apart from this the Mizoram government is to emphasize layout on futuristic land network from Aizwal to Jampui hills in Tripura state and Churachanpur, Manipur in addition to this project.
