It is a season of economic peak time for
Northeast Railway as during the approaching summer people love to be out of station
and chill quality time where due to unexpected approach of Fani has changed the train schedules
of upper and lower Assam.
In Upper Assam the Dibrugarh trains
to be rescheduled where as Lower Assam the Guwahati bound trains to southern
regions of India to hit hard as the cyclone is just few hundred kilometers away
since West Bengal which is nearest to the region is distanced lesser than 800
kms from the approaching cyclone Fani.
