It is not about irregularities
of rice but also about wages that are tracked in numbers of tea gardens of
Assam which issues have been raised by the Tea Tribes Welfare Minister Pallab
Lochan Das and warned sever action against the owners.
It was alleged by Minister
Pallab Das that tea gardeners are not maintaining laws as per to the Plantation
Labour Act and mentioned that such continued violation of laborer’s rights in
the future would not be taken for granted.
