Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) the governing body of the state as a special attraction beforehand 2019 election has come up with this attractive UBI plan in India which the economists claims to be one of the ideal kind of plan.
Such financial plan is experimented to be quite effective in developing nations. Amazing about this plan is that user’s sources of income is not ranged neither his resource or employment status to ensure the users enjoys quality lifestyle with cut size in poverty scale.
Basic Income Earth Network’s (BIEN) main guideline in introducing this financial plan is to ensure that everyone can afford it for a livable income. But the fact is where is the source of money for investment on such risky scheme?
Ideation is to invest money from the sources which the government on extra earns from the supply of 2200 MW hydro power. As only 200-300 MW is the state’s requirement whereas rest goes to power trading firms. It is the people’s money on which the firms of power are running. So according to the ruling SDF political party the money which government earns in addition will be implemented for public monthly allowances to use it in making a livelihood.
