Undoubtedly
the former strength of Nagaland Chief Minister T R Zeliang has enhanced and
appears more focused in his second opportunity with expansion of ministers in his
cabinet.
This
time Zeliang’s Naga People's Front (NPF) party not only has inclusion of nine
ministers from same party but also has add of saffron essence with two ministers from Bharatiya Janata Party
(BJP).
