Soon after his official resume as Assam's new chief minister, Sonowal's main drive was to unsurface Rs 2,250 corers scam during 15 years Congress regime for which he had initiated investigation into it.

Next target in this anti-corruption drive was against a divisional forest officer on the month of July after seizing Rs 2 corer and precious parts of different wild animals from his car.

APSC's (Assam public service commission) chairman arrest following involvement in job scam that rocked the nation for his heinous activity in looting job seekers during his eight years service.

After demonetisation phase of 2016 next operation will be 'Benami Property' Scan in 2017 for Assam like rest of India.

It will be the biggest challenge for the BJP government as real estate is the major sector to transfer black money into white.

Accounts hold to be listless where Assam is an emerging market in real estate, but already vigilant are ready for tip off to raid on illegal property holders as when state declares for action.

Tax officials, bankers and security intelligence have accumulated enough information to clear up this big mess which may take a year or so to book down the suspects. Even the media is not informed about the process of BJP government's next giant move to unveil the illegal traders and occupants of real estate property.

According to Rijiju violence and road blockade are not the ways to oppose against declaration of new districts by Manipur government and highlighted that he had come down to draw the line of law and order in the present tensed Nagaland and Manipur states. It is on the account of greater interest of the people to restore peace and business activity the Center will deploy 150 companies of para military forces to remove blockades imposed by the Naga groups from the NH 2 and NH 37 national highways.

If Naga populated Sadar Hills which Ibobi Singh planned to make full fledged district along with Jiribam would have been declared so if the inhabitants of Nagaland would not have shown strong agitation and resilience. Even certain Manipuri groups are not happy about the declaration of new districts like Noney, Tengoupal, Kakching, Pharzol, Kangpokpi and Kamjongin by the Manipur government.

Land Disputes Have Broken Many Homes Not To Talk About Manipur And Nagaland Dispute

BJP, the Lotus regime is in a dilemma as both the states Manipur and Nagaland are not ready to compromise and seek solution, putting strain to neighborhood relation.

Unable to seek solution from Center to solve NH2 road blockade issue, following Manipuris taking to road for violence as protest against Nagas' road resistance to pacify economic strain between two states. The BJP head in this heated phase has given up the saffron party. But this exit act by the Manipur BJP leader will restore the scenario to normalcy as it was in the past before NH2 road blockade?

Nagaland is unsure about Manipur's political tactic and unhappy even though MoU was inked between them for both the state's development.  When India's moving ahead then why the two states are in the verge of distorting the scenario? Some where there should be a solution to end this violent scenario between two states through mutual understanding without resorting for foreign body's intervention to dissolve matter.

It is with joint operation by Assam police along with proficient battalion of Karbi Anglong Forest department were successfully able to comb the dense jungle of Ram-Laksman hills to bust the poacher’s camp and seize one rhino horn along with arms otherwise poachers would have roamed unchallenged.

Shiva Thapa Marks His Father An Epitome Of Strength Despite His Financial Challenges

Shiva Thapa's father Padam Thapa was a steely determined person who despite hard task of running a family of nine members including six children helped nation's finest boxer to bring highest honor to land.

Ring of boxing is a tough arena to withstand pressure and claim title at international levels which Shiva Thapa's father who on the vice versa is a karate instructor dared to dream big along with his son under all financial constrains.

Shiva Thapa recollects when his father took care of his necessity to prepare his career as boxer from his sneakers to all. This bronze-medalist World Champion's early childhood challenge to chase his boxing dream was not easy as he had to undergo strenuous drill as there was no better alternative to his canvas shoe. But he and his brother Gobind were never dejected when they approached to their father for sneakers.

Neither Shiva's father imposed too much strain on his two sons to excel in their studies equivalently as in boxing where during clash with schedules in between exam and boxing competition, convince their school authority to exemption. Even his school authority showed support in Shiva's goal for excellence in boxing and felicitated him on his success.

In this boxing relation Shiva's father became not his powerful career drive but also a friend as he was the constant person he had witnessed in his life. Rest friendship stuff he does it through social media as he hardly finds time for them. There was once a big disheartening time for Shiva Thapa when he had completely lost faith that he could endure in this career due to initial round failure at national challenge but his father was able to drive him ahead to knock out all prestigious titles nationally and internationally.

Apart from boxing today Shiva is placed with dignified job at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) due to his dedication and quality to excel when he is off from the sports ground. Moreover today Shiva has ability to deliver to his father what he had given him financially but not to his pillar of strength to stay tough to meet his family goals under all rough knock out phases which as a son he must have realized. All thumbs up to father and son duo effort to lift India's spirit in the field of boxing.

Pramila Rani Barman Words Are Strong But Needs Modi Dose To Change Wildlife Scenario Of Assam For Better

It’s pathetic that various government came and gone in Assam but the tarnish on Wildlife sector none dared to change for better where just after a week another rhino was killed and robbed off with its precious horn and not to take about elephant death rates, State Minister of Forest and Environment, Pramila Rani Barman’s words appeared strong but needs Modi’s effective dose to give it an exact outcome.

If there are crooks in India at least Prime Minister like Narendar Modi had hooked them. Isn’t that enough to inspire other BJP authority to stop behaving like helpless? Power position is not a name plate to display but is a responsibility entrusted by people acknowledging your caliber to improve the scenario.

Money, Money Everywhere! But Why Efficient Indians For Years Ran Out Of Money?

Be it new or old notes, all channels are displaying money and money only that were recovered by vigilant groups from illegal occupants but why efficient Indians who delivered worked but returned blank with no financial aid?

Point is mind set. If this factor is not changed nobody can make better India. India before this financial anarchy had reaped good harvest with strong economic ranking. But many did not acknowledge that how Indians at large scale cheated and robbed of their justified money due to illegal money holders which now have come to surface.

Is it possible brighter 2017 for those who toil and deliver the best in India? Or the mindset to display power through money will retain?

Government Plans Skill Development Centers And Shelter For Tea Workers, The Backbone Of Assam Economy

Demonetisation and digital mode of payment had given enough pain to the tea workers but now government of Assam plans to boost their strength by installing skill development centers and shelter for them at tea estates.

Assam And Rest Of Northeast Account Holders Are Under Target Of Vigilance Group

It is not just the bankers but even the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), income tax, cops, IT and other departments that are related to map down crime suspect account holders through their financial status report.

Various militant outfits strongly active in various parts of Northeast came under the scan of the tax radar due to which multiple activists were nabbed down by various security forces connected to money laundering.

The central investigative agencies are active on any tip off received from Financial Intelligence Unit on any suspicious transaction activity.

Estimating the scenario much before the Reserve Bank of India had made special instruction to various investigation departments to keep close monitor and take swift action on those involved in illegal transaction.

Now 300 high profile from 10,000 listed bank account holders of Assam came under detection of Enforcement Directorate and the CBI for sudden upsurge of amount during post-demonetisation.

The IT source is preparing to un-surface illegal money activities in banking after close exchange of information with various departments. The central agencies will take action against suspicious account holder on the basis of reports furnished by IT source by filtering the list of peoples to be targeted found involved in illegal monetary activities and money laundering.

Be It Militancy Or Criminal Activities All Under Under Bank Scan

Entire world is ruled with money where bank is the den into which even criminals are also connected where security vigilant can track all source of information that links to their illegal activities
.

How much money flushed in and out heavily without any proper source of income, erupts multiple doubts whether the person is connected to militant outfits, robbery, smuggling and anything related to underworld activities.

There are reports that various militants are uniting to make strategy to whitewash their black money and disrupt the system to continue their empire. Apart from this affluent are also found to be shielded by these militants who are also their game changer in their business and different activities.

But still complicacy rules as outside forces are tracked to be their aid where keeping them at bay at by government's demonetisation or surgical strike against black money is questioning? How far government’s strength can endure to fight if other political parties do not favor them in this fight against system malfunction of the nation?

TMC MLA Sudip Roy Barman's Speaker's Mace Ran Away Was An Heropanti Act?

May seem to have inspired from Heropanti act of Bollywood to rob the Tripura Assembly's honor for not taking seriously on his allegation against forest ministry's womanizing act but TMC MLA Sudip Roy Barman was late to realize that national media had shamed him instead.

In India if anything remarkable was done in the state assembly or political scenario before the year end of 2016 then it should be awarded to Sudip Roy Barman.

Who could have thought a man of his age could leap and ran away with speaker's mace through a crowd successfully before surrendering it.

An energetic aged old TMC legislator making such a swift move whom even young ones failed to grab him was an amazing stunt which even in Bollywood's Heropanti chapter you could not find.

In Tripura assembly such case was not uncommon as run away with the symbolic silver mace by the legislator had occurred thrice.

Account Holder Without KYC Compliant And Rs. 5000 Depositor Can Be In A Fix With Bank Inquiries!

Growing illegal activities to whitewash black money has imposed another limitation where account holder without KYC compliant including Rs. 5000 depositors will be in a fix as they have to answer a volley of questions to bank authority.

But another pang is that if the depositor with Rs 5,000  above do not have suitable answer for depositing the amount in Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes then it will rejected after inspection by two bank officials, according to Reserve Bank of India. This attempt by account holder can be made once within December 30th time frame.

Interestingly one who attempt to make only Rs. 5000 deposit within this limited time frame have to encounter volley of questions from bankers if they make second attempt after few days with Rs. 1000 or more in their account. If your homework to safeguard yourself from volley of questions from bankers is not done properly then you will have take back your old notes.

Initially the explanation to the question  as to why the money could not be deposited earlier will be recorded. Before getting into audit trail at final stage by the account holder who wants to deposit above Rs 5,000.  Deadlier knock out will be for depositors without KYC (know your customer) compliant where limitation for deposit will be made till Rs 50,000.

Sonowal Directs Banks To Intensify Co-ordination With Tea Workers For Digital Transaction Support

In a total chaos in Assam tea estate where workers are in the wage of violence and tears for not getting their money through cashless system, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal directed Banks to intensify co-ordination through their Customer Service Providers for smooth digital process of transaction.

Customer Service Providers (CSP) will be placed in the tea estate transaction points by the banks for a fixed time frame to help workers to adapt digital transaction mode. According to the Chief Minister the Banking representatives should fast initiate MoU pact with the tea garden management to ensure tea workers get paid on time through cashless mode for all 782 Tea Gardens.

Since it is a matter of issuing on time cashless payments to 10 Lakhs tea workers of Assam Chief Minister Sonowal has directed to increase manpower for effective outcome of CSP service implementation.

If 3 Lakhs Plus 6 Lakhs Jan Dhan Asssam Tea Workers Have Opened Accounts Then Why Cash Payment Fuss?

As per Tea board of India, out of 7 lakhs remaining about 6 lakhs have opened their Jan Dhan accounts whereas 3 lakhs tea workers initially had got their bank accounts activated but still wages could not be accessed due to which demand for cash payment mode was raised.

It is heard that ULFA militants had targeted a cash van to Pengree tea estate Tinsukia, Assam, which had added sour to tea laborer's woe of getting their wages on time when already due to their illiteracy they are finding difficulty in accessing their money through digital mode of payment.

Is the third party trying to cheat the illiterate tea workers of their money when are approached for digital transaction help? Now the third party can be anybody. But such stories of not only tea workers but any illiterate approaching for digital help are getting hooked by the cheaters.

BJP Question Congress Leader Mukul Sangma’s Opposition Against Demonetization Is To Shield Party Image?

In retaliation to Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma’s negativism on the outcome of the demonetization phase with 15 days to go, BJP national spokesperson Gopal Krishna Agarwal marked that today Congress is taking to streets to shield themselves from major corruption cases.

During the ten years regime of the Congress and the UPA government there were significant rise in corruption cases where the former ruling party could not come out clean till date from scam charges like the coal block allocation scam and 2G scam with more recent unearthed charges against them.

On Chief Minister Dr Sangma’s statement that demonetisation on high value currency notes would invite more corrupt practices without any better changeover, Agarwal verbally attacked by stating that Congress fights for those involved in creation of black money as they had initiated this evil process.

Moreover Agarwal also admitted that from BJP side swift process for available cash is slow and without proper gear up of infrastructures to change for digital economy.

Demonetisation Rocked Major Corrupt In India Where Even Common People Got Squeezed, How Remonetisation Can Stabilize?

Just fifteen days to be left before the climax of 50-days demonetisation is to end where common men life trend have got disrupted due to few corrupt practitioners including emerge of money launders, though better phase through remonetization has been assured by the government.

Scenario would not have worsened if backdoor bank money laundering cases would not have taken place due to which normal people’s life had been hit hard. Previously government was taking the blame for creating financial anarchy in the nation but now citizens themselves are to be blamed.

Remonetization by replacing old currency with new ones including digital cashless payment before sufficient fresh mint new notes arrives from money producing factories can it smoothen rough phase of the people after 50-days demonetisation deadline?

Recovery of fresh new notes from money launders brought to notice that there are available amount of cash but who is cheating illiterate workers in delivering their rightful money? Why all class people are making lines? Why queues does not cut fast in small size in various rural to metro regions? Corrupt people previously had made circulation of money faint and now banks are thrush with money in trillions why still people are unable to access their money?

Remonetization can become an uphill task if we do not get the estimate where the money produced by RBI’s four printing presses at Nashik in Maharashtra, Salboni in West Bengal, Dewas in Madhya Pradesh and Mysuru in Karnataka flushed at what destinations? Even previously many a times note design had been changed but why limitation in cash inflow has not been counteracted then?

May be the answer lies within the public as they are responsible citizen and future of India then why they are keeping silent against illegal activists who have made their lives miserable? Be it Government or Corrupt or Illegal activists, why in a democratic region people have become numb to take action to achieve their rights they deserve? Why should only a third party speak for people? People have no voice or choice left apart from getting squeezed up?
