Bridge Networking To Ease Accidental Gaps By National BJP Leaders On Begin Of 2017 For Safer Assam



Dilapidated road network in Upper Assam has raised accidental gaps due to which the 2nd phase major Brahmaputra bridge extension from Saraighat will be launched by Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on 1st of January in 2017.


Road safety is a prior issue as larger cases of accidental deaths came to exposure due to painful road condition where in respect to this river diversification road map is initiated by the BJP lead government for safer Assam travel.


The workshop was jointly organized by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, and the Transport Department, Government of Assam.



Remarkable facelift of river communication through Dhola-Sadiya Bridge is expected to make by the honorable Prime Minister Narendar Modi during the colorful beginning of major Assamese festival Rongali Bihu in 2017. World’s largest riverine island Majuli will be connected by Dhola-Sadiya Bridge to destinations like Jorhat and Lakhimpur.
