If 3 Lakhs Plus 6 Lakhs Jan Dhan Asssam Tea Workers Have Opened Accounts Then Why Cash Payment Fuss?

As per Tea board of India, out of 7 lakhs remaining about 6 lakhs have opened their Jan Dhan accounts whereas 3 lakhs tea workers initially had got their bank accounts activated but still wages could not be accessed due to which demand for cash payment mode was raised.

It is heard that ULFA militants had targeted a cash van to Pengree tea estate Tinsukia, Assam, which had added sour to tea laborer's woe of getting their wages on time when already due to their illiteracy they are finding difficulty in accessing their money through digital mode of payment.

Is the third party trying to cheat the illiterate tea workers of their money when are approached for digital transaction help? Now the third party can be anybody. But such stories of not only tea workers but any illiterate approaching for digital help are getting hooked by the cheaters.
