Meghalaya witnessed water sport event with strong national level contenders to compete in the race, boosting strong response from the mix crowd where favorite Delhi's National Champ Amanpreet Ahuluwalia stole the show with thrilling climax.
In this thrilling competition Amanpreet Ahuluwalia won over his tough competitor Sandeep Sharma from Delhi with ten points above while Ewelson Lyngdoh secured second position with f 28 points in SUV class.
There were various level motor races where in above 1300cc again Sandeep secured first position with 20 points ahead Thinku Marak.
Northeast Rocky Sangma from Tura snacthed trophy at the diesel category whereas from Guwahati Sajad Ahmed of Guwahati secured second position and Thasin Ahmed secured third position.
Ewelson Lyngdoh managed to strike back again with triumph at 1300cc below category beating Brandon Bazelely. It was a great attempt made by the Meghalaya Government to drive tourist through motor sport competition as audience and participants were happy by the organizer's arrangement and initiative to conduct the sports event at Northeast iconic backdrop.
