Dangeously Flowing Ganga Hits Assam for the First Time

Ganga spills dangerously into human barriers, creating chaos in Patna, Bhojpur, Begusarai, Saran, Samastipur, Bhagalpur, Munger, Katihar and Vaishali of Bihar districts which likely to impact Assam border district as the route from Barhi in Jharkhand to Guwahati already affected.

Recently Ganga water has triggered high and is to infringe the embankment due to explosive release of water from other rivulets or water bodies into its bosom, drastically affecting Koilwar that is positioned by Bhojpur border in Patna district according to Pranav Kumar, the Samastipur district magistrate.

It is like Ganga broke barriers to move ahead towards Brahmaputra as mentioned in Bhagavat Gita which some say but still it has not reached at this mythological climax point. But it is a never heard fact that Ganga hits Guwahati linked road that’s more than a hair raising fact of nature’s drastic step.

Incessant rain after an interval has far again aggravated the flood situation in Bihar over brewing Ganga’s dangerous water level, forcing it to divert to the National Highway 31 near Athmalgola in Patna district which links to Barhi route of Jharkhand and Guwahati route of Assam.
