In the vision to take Meghalaya and Assam relationship to different level from former Chief Minister Conard Sangma assured all boundary issues to be solved in a phased manner at the State Assembly in Shillong.
This change in relationship according Meghalaya CM Sangma has given a better outlook to solving minor problems as communication has further enhanced to tackle Assam counterpart border issues. CM Sangma assured those living in Block I and complex boundary disputed areas to stand by them. Development works in these complex areas to take place and expects Assam government do not cause any interference to their process.
