Uber goes women friendly by installing educative program to drivers on how to deal with passengers especially women through Manas Foundation.
According to Manas Foundation, co-founder Monica Kumar the
drivers are realized as important stake holders for making passenger secure and
equal to women providing proper transportation.
The whole idea of virtual gender sanitization sessions by
Uber in partnership with Manas Foundation is to educate drivers in what mode
male and female passengers uses transport medium and how to build healthy
relation without bringing any negativity in this business relation.
