The Indian exporters demanded to the government for extension of interest subsidy beyond 30th September to boost outbound shipments.
The exporters expressed their demands to Piyush Goyal
the Commerce Minister and other senior officials during a meet of export
promotion councils. According to A Sakthivel the president of FIEO (Federation
of Indian Export Organizations) mentioned that interest equalization scheme may
be extended beyond 30th September to empower exporters long duration
of three years time frame.
A Sakthivel the
president of FIEO highlighted that RoDTEP benefits may be bestowed soon for the
special economic zones and export oriented units.
